What is contained in each capsule?
Each capsule contains 500mg of Glucosamine hydrochloride and 25 mcg of Bee venom

What is glucosamine?
Glucosamine (glue-cos-a mean) is a natural substance made from crab and shrimp shells. It is a component of cartilage, tendons and ligaments in the body. It is needed for the formation of new cartilage in the joints of the fingers, wrists, toes, ankles, knees, hips and between the discs of the spine, acting as a lubricant and shock absorber. As we get older the body finds it difficult to produce adequate amounts of glucosamine.

What is the dosage?
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule three times a day, however an initial small dose is recommended as a simple precaution against the possibility of an allergic reaction.

Side effects?
If you are allergic to Bee stings you will probably react to bee venom. The side effects can be vomiting, diarrhoea, swollen joints. If in doubt, do not take this product. Choose our glucosamine capsules instead. These do not contain Bee venom.

Who should not take this product?
We recommend that you should seek medical advice before using this product, if you have unstable insulin dependant diabetes or cardiovascular conditions. Do not use this product if you are allergic to Bee stings. Similarly, medical advice should be sought prior to use if you are unsure about interactions with medication or if ANY doubt exists.
